　　一、学生基本情况分析：

　　七年级一班共有学生45人，这届学生英语基础不是很好，学生从小学到初中，是一个极大的转折点，包括从心理上和身体上的。但本班学生还比较活跃，比较爱学习，面对新的.学校，新的班级，新的老师，所以对英语学习还是有着浓厚的兴趣，也带着希望和梦想，希望这是一个极好的开始。

　　二、本学期教育教学内容及教材分析：

　　新目标（新版）七年级英语（上册）有3个预备篇单元和9个正式篇单元，一共是12个单元。本次教材是改版后的第三届，现在教材知识体系比较集中，每个单元每节知识点都安排一定的基础练习，这样对巩固学生知识有着很大的帮助。

　　三、本学期的教学重、难点：

　　语法知识点

　　1.一般疑问句及回答；

　　2.指示代词、人称代词、物主代词

　　3.名词复数的变化；

　　4.方位介词；

　　5.特殊疑问句的构成、回答和对划线部分提问

　　6.实义动词的第三人称单数及变化；

　　7、名词所有格；

　　8.一般现在时。

　　9.时间表达法。

　　四、本学期将采用的教育教学方法：

　　英语的教育教学方法很多，各有优、缺点，我们可以针对不同的情况采用不同的教学方法来加以弥补。针对我教的班级，本学期本人打算用下列方法对他们进行教育教学：

　　1.用英语教英语（Teach English in English）；

　　英语毕竟是一门语言，训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力，在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练，这就要求我们用英语来教英语，在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。

　　2.用英语想英语（Think English in English）；

　　用英语想，也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考，一定学不好。用英语思考就是在用英语进行表达和理解时，没有本族语思考的介入，或者说本族语思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。

　　3.背诵和多种练习结合

　　实事求是的说，大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合，乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。

　　4.针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法；

　　英语的内容较多，包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容，如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学，那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好，再好的教师也不可能教好。因而，针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。

　　五、本学期提高教育教学质量的方法：

　　1.体现学生的主体地位，发挥教师的指导作用。充分发挥学生的主动性和积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣，帮助学生摸索适合自己的学习方法，了解和掌握记忆规律，养成良好的学习习惯，培养学生自主学习的能力。

　　2.突出语言的实践性，注重培养学生综合运用英语的能力。

　　3.尽量使用英语，适当使用母语。

　　4.备好学生、课本、课标，确立教案。

　　5.根据教学内容，进行教学创新，尝试不同的教学方式，激发学生的学习欲 望。

　　6.语言点讲解要做到精讲多练，举一反三，使学生理解准确、深刻、透彻。

　　7.扩大学生的课外阅读量，增强语感，循序渐进，逐渐提高阅读理解能力。

　　8.加强书面表达训练，每一单元结合内容布置相应的书面表达练习，择优选读，讲解技巧，使学生逐渐找到英语写作的窍门。

　　9.实行分层次教学。制定出培优扶差的目标生，分层次辅导，分层次练习，分层次要求，使不同程度的学生都能有所提高。

　　10.合理利用课外资料，重点题要重点练习、重点讲解，做到主次分明，讲求实效。

　　初中三年的英语学习，对于所有受正规教育的学生而言，是具有决定性作用的三年。当今学生开始学外语的年龄有逐渐提前的趋势（姑且无论其优劣），学生一般在进入初中之始已经具有一定的外语基础，但那种只能算是建立在新鲜感之上的对外语的好奇，真正开始意识到自己所学为何物的，还看初中这三年。利用初中三年充分培养对英语的兴趣，找到学习外语的感觉，对以后能自由的和各国朋友交流和顺利闯过求学路上大大小小的外语考试不无裨益。

　　三年说长不长，说短也不短，应如何规划方能“兴趣考试两不误”呢?笔者建议广大初中学生不宜过早准备中考，原因有三：

　　一、过早的准备初三下学期的中考没有意义，是因为备考的实质乃复习已学知识和研究考试技巧，因此在还没有掌握大量的英语知识之前何谈“复习”，又如何“复习”呢?所以过早的备考是徒有虚名的。

　　二、过早的备战中考会侵蚀甚至磨灭自己对学习英语的兴趣从而丧失很多能真正提高自身英语水平的机会。人在备考和学习中的心态是迥异的：备考的心是功利的，一心想着如何战胜试题，博取高分，其他的都变得并不重要了；而学习的心是开放的，它接受自己喜欢的知识，也因此迎来了进步的机会。常言道，考试考的好并不代表水平高。考试分高但仍是英语哑巴的学生不在少数，用大部分的学习时间备考而忽略了实际英语交际能力的锻炼，实在令人痛心！

　　三、过长的备考状态反而不利于考试。考试的准备时间一般以半年时间为宜，对一些不熟悉的领域的考试可以准备九个月到一年，长于这个准备时间，人就会很自然的对这门考试产生厌烦情绪和抗拒甚至逃避心理了。中考所考的英语绝非学生所陌生的，半年的复习时间是足够的。

　　因此，笔者建议学生从初三的寒假开始整理和归纳初中所学的英语知识。复习的时候先把知识形成知识网络，并适当了解初中英语和高中英语的差距以清晰为自己定位。在临考前三个月进行足够量的做题训练，边训练边检查自己的知识漏洞，然后充满信心的上考场。

　　那么学生在初中三年的前两年半时间内应如何规划自己的英语学习呢?为此笔者提出三点建议：

　　一、培养对英语学习之兴趣，提高实际英语应用能力。笔者遇到一些学生总是说自己对英语不感兴趣，原因是他们觉得自己不是学英语的“料”。但根据我自己的经验，我认为“天分”是在兴趣中发现的，而兴趣是可以培养的。一个人不可能在没有接触一个东西之前就知道自己在这方面“有天分”，而是因为投入了，沉迷了，再逐渐发现自己不但爱它而且能把它做好。而“兴趣”也是一个很有个性的精灵，它不会主动靠近你，只有你先亲近了它，而且是连续坚持一段时间的主动亲近，它才会慢慢地进驻你的内心，说不定到了哪天你蓦然回首，就发现你再也离不开它了。所以，如果你对英语太矜持，是无法体验“兴趣”和“乐趣”的。

　　提高实际英语能力，尤其应注重英语口语和听力的提高。到了初三，课程安排日益紧凑，各科复习的任务也越来越重，学生会觉得越来越难找机会练习口语。初一、初二不多学多练，更待何时?事实上，根据中考近年频繁的改革，对初中生英语水平和能力的要求已经发生巨大变化：从以往的重语法轻应用转移为重应用轻语法，即更看重初中学生实际运用英语交流和学习的能力。以20xx年中考改革为例，取消补全对话的题目而历史性的增加英语口试考核，就明显体现出题者不再满足于考生会选择运用交际英语，更要求考生能通过自己的嘴巴把话说出来，同时对初中生英语的语音语调也是很看重的。而今年的改革还包括增加阅读理解和书面表达的分值，也体现了这种倾向，因为阅读理解是考核考生了解别人观点的能力，而写作则考核考生表达自己想法的能力。相应的，今年的语法题做了大幅削减：取消补全句子（即词性转换）的题型，单项填空也从历年的近30题锐减为只有20题。中考改革的种种迹象表明，初中学生的英语能知道多少不是最重要的，能用上多少才是最重要的。

　　二、学习英语语言，就要学习西方文化。相信大家都难忘电影《Titanic》中令人震撼的一幕幕灾难场景。是什么造成这艘号称当时世界上最大最坚固的客轮沉入深海?是一座冰山。一座冰山之所以有如此威力撞沉Titanic，不是因为它有多高，而是在海面之下掩藏着相当于冰山水上体积4倍的冰山主体。同样的，英语之所以有如此魅力吸引无数英语爱好者终生孜孜不倦的追求探索，并非完全源于语言本身，更引人入胜的是语言外衣之下沉积数百年丰富的西方文化内涵。学英语并不仅在于学语言本身，而更需要学习西方那一套丰富多彩的文化内容。作为中国人，我们当然也要了解自己的文化，然后把中西文化比较一下，就会当即发现很多有趣之处。对同一件事，西方人想问题和我们想问题有什么不同?他们有哪些生活习惯和我们不同，又有哪些相同的地方?等等。

　　事实已经证明，掌握更多英语国家文化的学生，在英语成绩和大小考试中表现更优越。了解了更多的文化背景，在阅读英语文段，听对话或短文和在语法题中体验语境都有非常明显的帮助。

　　三、平时积累更多单词，做好储备。不少学生恐惧英语的原因就是难过单词关，而影响学生表现的也往往体现在单词量上。备考的时候不是储备单词的最好时机，要真正掌握以致能运用一定量的单词是需要长期积累的，因此从初一开始就应该狠下功夫开始储备。

　　记忆单词和学英语一样，是没有捷径的，只能狠下功夫，但有方法可掌握。关于记忆单词的方法新东方的很多老师都已介绍很多，各种英语学习的书籍也有不少可供选择，笔者在这里不作无谓的重复。最重要的是，要选择适合自己的背单词方法，一旦找对了方法，并形成用功的习惯，语感就会不期而至，到时记忆新单词也不再是刻意的事。

　　总而言之，英语学习不是一朝半夕的事情，把握好初中三年的英语学习，日后就有“潇洒学英语”的资本。笔者衷心希望所有初中学生为自己的英语打下坚实的基础，成功决战中考，考上最理想的高中。
